3. Return Approval and Pickup
Once your return is approved, we will coordinate a pickup from your location. Please ensure the item is securely packaged to avoid damage during return transit.

4. Refund Process
After the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed via the original delivery method, and you will receive confirmation once the process is complete.

5. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene, usage, or customization. Such items will be clearly mentioned in the product description where applicable.

6. Cancellations
